1862: John Tyler’s wife, Julia, dreamed her husband was gravely ill. She rushed to be with him in Richmond only to find him well. Two days later, he became critically ill and died on January 18, 1862.
1880: Ellen Lewis Herdon Arthur (Nell) caught a cold after attending a concert. She died 2 days later.
